Chris is a Director of OICS and management consultancy firm New Two Fish. He is an experienced Senior Manager with over 35 years of experience in commercial management. Twenty-five years of this has been directly catering in remote areas of Australia.

During his career, Chris has provided complex services in cross-functional circumstances and managed their delivery through direct employees, third party providers and external relationships, to strict deadlines. He also brings commercial management, procurement and relationship development experience from a range of sectors, including professional services, hospitality, facilities management, retail, mining and construction, IT and telecommunications.

Nick Dignam is an Investment Director at Blue Sky Private Equity and is responsible for originating new investment opportunities, working with portfolio companies to deliver growth and managing exit processes. Nick has more than ten years experience working in private equity and corporate finance roles. In addition to serving as a Director of OICS, Nick is also currently a Non-Executive Director representing Blue Sky on the Boards of HPS, the largest outsourced hospital pharmacy services business in Australia; Wild Breads, a leading producer of artisan breads; and GM Hotels, a portfolio of ten hotels in South Australia. Prior to joining Blue Sky, Nick spent six years with Catalyst Investment Managers, a Sydney based mid-market private equity firm. Before Catalyst, Nick spent three years with Ernst & Young in the mergers and acquisitions group.
